Manyeleti is a private game reserve that borders on the Kruger National Park. During apartheid, it was the area set aside for non-white visitors. Today, of course, anyone is welcome. The fences have come down and the reserve is fully integrated into the park.

Top attractions

  • Ma’nyeleti means shooting star. The reserve was named after a chief of the Mnisi clan – and a friend of Sekhukhune – who was trampled to death by an elephant

Did you Know?

There are only four lodges in the reserve, and more than 200 kilometres of gravel roads, so you can assume to have to this game reserve pretty much to yourself
